I am having a chronic, sharp, shooting pain on the back of my head behind my ear for 5 days. This happen to me a few times already. What type of doctor should I see, a chiropractor? Any other suggestions how to cure?

Have had lower back pain for over a year and taking medication for pain and spasms. Would prefer to cure myself with other methods, home remedies.
Do a search for back strengthening exercises. This will really improve your muscalature and give you more support down there.

Recently I've been having nasty lower back pain every morning. This happened about a year ago, but only lasted a couple of weeks. I visited a doctor and he gave me a list of back exercizes to do… wich seemed to get rid of the pain.

I have been experiencing this pain all day yesterday. It goes from left side above the left breast to my left side of my back and up my neck. Does it have anything to do with my mitral valve problem?
