I ~thought~ I had one major problem, a extruded disc @ L5/S1 that pinched the sciatic nerve root. I've bought a chair that has a a lumbar height and depth support. however I'm unsure as where to set it as there seems to be quite a range to the adjustments.

Lumbar spinal stenosis is actually, literally and physiologically a narrowing of the spinal canal. NO chiropractic procedure/manipulation can resolve it.

I would like to go back, but I can't afford their $13,000 down payment. Do you know of any other good spine centers in the southeast?I'm in Pensacola,Fla.
I can't imagine a lumbar puncture being $13,000. Is that for the LP or something else
