Fusing is painfull but the results are worth it i would give it a 10 out of 10 for pain,

Any surgery will benefit from being nicotine-free. Tobacco products reduce the blood flow to healing areas on our bodies thus slowing the healing process. If it were my body, I would choose no tobacco before surgery.
