Cervical Alignment

This techinique works to properly align the cervical spine. Remember, posture is at the subconscious level. So use this technique to automatically align the cervical spine. This is great for the client to use. Works anywhere anytime.

    I’ve been having clients do this at their office chairs for years—ever since I first learned in the MES course way back. It’s a great one to have clients do on their own at the office chair on the hour every hour so that they unwind and it helps to counteract the effects of the office environment, which causes rounded shoulders and forward head.

    Ok, that is not normal. Im not an expert but what you say doesn’t sounds good. First option is that you are doing wrong but if that isn’t the case you probably got problems outside of this area, how serius those problems is i don’t know. But if you have the possibility get an X-ray from a Chiropractor or even an normal doctor. The thing is that medical doctors and chiropractors look at different thing in an X-ray, so if one of them won’t be able to find the problem the other one might. Good luck
