I’ve been having … I’ve been having clients do this at their office chairs for years—ever since I first learned in the MES course way back. It’s a great one to have clients do on their own at the office chair on the hour every hour so that they unwind and it helps to counteract the effects of the office environment, which causes rounded shoulders and forward head.

I have done this … I have done this exercise and have seriously injured by coxs-is. i am starting a class action lawsuit against all persons wearing blue shirts and white pants.

Ok, that is not … Ok, that is not normal. Im not an expert but what you say doesn’t sounds good. First option is that you are doing wrong but if that isn’t the case you probably got problems outside of this area, how serius those problems is i don’t know. But if you have the possibility get an X-ray from a Chiropractor or even an normal doctor. The thing is that medical doctors and chiropractors look at different thing in an X-ray, so if one of them won’t be able to find the problem the other one might. Good luck

Why have I been in … Why have I been in so much pain since doing this simple exercise?? - the pain is mainly in my ribs on the right side but also in my back on the right of my spine. It is hurting me to breath.
