Can a Chartered Physiotherapist do a fast-track course to become a Chiropractor?

January 31st, 2009

I've been a physio for 13 years and would like to train as a Chiropractor, but not have to do the whole 4 year full time course.
Any options?

ahhh my mother would kill you!! she's always given me the impression that chiropractors are physios arch enemies!! :o

haha i just asked her there…she said some places offer a one-year "manips course" that would get you the qualification. hope that helps! :)

At Palmer, the entire thing takes 3 years, but it's an advanced program. I'm sure with the credentials you have, and the credits you have with your current degree, you could probably get going quickly. Contact Pat Deaton at Palmer College, she will be able to assist you, pat.deaton@palmer.edu.
