I have taken almost all of the prescription pain medicine . I am still in pain. Is there any pain medicine to take at night to sleep. I am up 20 out of 24 hours a day.I have chronic pain in my back, neck, legs, and arms.
I have the same bad back as you it seems…
I take Tramadol SR for my back and it helps keep me going. You may be able to take Celebrex . I am restricted in what I can take so thats why I take the Tramadol.
If your pain is from muscle spasms as well as pinching from the herniated discs something like valium can relax the tight muscles and probably help you get some restful sleep.
These are other things that have worked for me…Hydrotherapy , Facet Rhizotomy, hot packs & ice packs.

have you seen a doctor, my mother had the same problem years a go it got so bad she could hardly stand she had to have surgery to remove the disk, you really should see a Specialist this wont get better on its own. and pain killers will only mask the problem.
