You need to be evaluated before spending a lot of money on any bed. Your problem might be nothing more than a pinched nerve, but either way you should have it checked out. I do find that the TemperPedic bed helps my arthristis a great deal, but the mattress was chosen because of the diagnosis so it was money spent with some research behind it. Good luck.

I know a really good chiropractor and he straightens out your bones by cracking your back - probably not something u can do
BUT HE RECOMMENDED THIS CREAM- FLEXALL
    TRY MAXIMUM STRENGTH
i think you should see a chiropractor if you can but you must understand not all doctors are good even if they charge a lot or seem to know what they are talking about
your back probably hurt because of your spine which controls your back. also, you can apply in to ur knee it willl feel minty do this 3-4 times a day for at least a week
your kneee might hurt because of how you are stepping on it and how you are applying pressure to it offcourse i dont and cant know everything im only 14 but you should try the cream
you can find it at wall mart that is where my chiropractor told us to fing it but you may find it at at most drugstores or like shoprite or something
