Which foods are helpful to strengthen the back muscles and consequently get reflief from chronic back pain?

I know back pain can be relieved by medical examination and treatment but I feel that there may be some foods (for example foods which are rich in Calcium) to make the back muscles strong and as a result get some relief from back pain?

I have lower back pains from osteoarthritis and i do take Calcium pills with vitiam D twice a day. But all foods that are Rich in Calcium you should eat like milk, cheese, yogurt, all Greens. I just don't know what foods cam straighten the muscles besides doing exercise. GOOD LUCK i know how pain full back problems can be

    i had the same problem
    The best way to get rid of it is drink 2 glass of milk (morning & evening )for atleast two weeks
    and take some calcium tablets
