no nek pain before all this happen
You will get compensation. I was in a car accident a couple of years ago in which my car was written off. I was only off work for a week and got over £1,000 compensation. I was quite taken aback as my pain was only moderate and only had slight whiplash. My car insurance pushed for all the above to happen. Make sure you inform your lawyer of all the inconvenience and loss of earnings etc. I would not have an idea about how much you settlement will be for, though if you do not think it is a fair ammount, you must appeal against it. Wishing you a speedy recovery x

Who caused the wreck? If you caused the wreck I would write off getting much more than a letter from your insurance dropping your coverage. If someone else caused the wreck then there is not limit, but understand that if you sue an individual you will probably not see anything. They will file for bankruptcy. Had you had any neck pain prior to the accident?
