What would someone might be suffering with if they long term arm pain , low b-12 , and now serve leg pain?

i have a friend who is suffering from leg pain on his *calfs, arm pain. lethargy. what might he be suffering from? his l pain has kept him from work at times
he is and isn't lessening the symptom

Low B12 can cause extremity pain. Have him first go to a doctor to check, but he will probably just need to take a B-complex or have monthly B12 shots.

What is his B12 level?
