True,”spinal decompression” can ist in the reduction of a disc related pathology and some other conditions but lets stop fooling the public. That is a MECHANICAL TRACTION unit pictured. There is NO DIFFERENCE in that unit versus an old fashioned traction table. Chiropractic or other health providers suggesting that “Spinal decompression” and “old school traction” differ are not owning up to the truth. As he stated in the video the angle of inclination from the force vector is the key.

This really works! Cervical decompression is the only thing that has helped my prolapsed C5/C6 disc and keeping my away from surgery.
