Spinal Decompresion is mostly offered by chiropractors. Most insurance companies don't cover the theatment. It takes place on a special Decompression table. However there are different manufactures and of course each one claims to be the best. I have done a lot of research and I'm hoping to get some feed back from someone that has actually gone throuhg the treatment. Thanks!

You lie on a special table. The chiropractor pushes on your back to adjust your spine. The bones pop. Usually painless.
